Random Thought # 7 Fear

Hi everbody! I got back from our family vacation last Tuesday night! We went to Ohio, West Virgina, and Pennsylvania and the Weathers said to say hi to everybody for them. In 2 days I will be leaving for ECHO and I AM SO EXCITED!! Well here is a little more from my favorite book that you MUST read:) ; "Fear paralyzes the multitudes from changing the world. it is fear that keeps our mouths shut when we know we need to speak. It is fear that keeps us sitting when we know we need to stand. And it is fear that keeps us from giving everything when we wonder if we will ever get it back. We fear what might happen, we fear what people think, and we even fear what WE think. we are locked within a cage of trepidation, but Christ provides us with the key that finally frees us from the tyranny of social approval, the despotism of evil foreboding, and the dictatorship of insecurity-He provides us with Himself!
A set-apart young woman is one marked by the imprint of Christ, one italicized by a lily whiteness and punctuated by a feminine mystique that leaves the world around her astounded.Yet there is something more that characterizes her life. There is another gem that she possesses that causes her to sparkle like a princess-cut diamond amidst a world of coal. She possesses a placid calmness. like an oak tree in the midst of a raging storm, she remains unruffled and unmoved by life's curve balls and cares. She possesses a confidence that is otherworldly. She smiles at trails, laughs at challenges, and is undaunted by the thought of dying. She cares not whether the world applauds her life; her ears are attuned heavenward as she listens for her Prince's cheers.
As a set-apart one, our sole passion in every moment of every day is delighting in our Prince. The moon could turn to blood and the mountains could crumble into the sea, but nothing can separate us from the one we love. Random Thought # 5 Dreams

We each have a dream-something we build our life around ,something that gives us a spark of energy in our day-to-day existence.Without dreams we simply wither up and die. If our dream is ballet, we envision ourselves on stage elegantly dancing like a radiant cherub before an awe-inspired crowd. If our dream is singing; we see in our mind's eye a throng on their feet cheering as we belt out a beautiful melody. Some of us dream simply, while others of us dream with Technicolor ambition. But we all dream. It is our dreams that define our life. It is our dreams that define the way we spend our time.
We all dream, but a set-apart young woman dreams quite differently than the rest of her female contemporaries. Instead of dreaming dreams that bring her to center stage in society's spotlight, she begins to dream God's dreams for her life. and God's dreams cause her to seek her Prince above all else. She becomes fantastically preoccupied with her gallant Jesus.
To be a great ballet dancer demands time, and a lot of it. And to develop an angelic singing voice takes countless hours of intensive training. To be great at anything demands great amounts of time. To be great at knowing our Prince is no different. It takes time-and lots of it. It demands that every last drop of our physical energy be focused on Him. He can't be conveniently fit into our life; He must become what our lifestyle is built around. From the moment we wake up to the moment we go to sleep, He must become the center. And when He does, we quickly realize that God's dreams unlock the beauty of life itself.
